The room was 100%, best room i have stayed in for a while,clean and very well put together. We stayed in a deluxe room and were very happy with the size. English speaking receptionist booked us out and she was very pleasant and genuinely enquired about our stay.

Well laid out to maximise the floor space. The check-in was easy and they did call a champagne house for us for a reservation. A great asset to the hotel. Unfortunately it's pool is tiny and was full of people just standing around (too small to swim I suppose) so we didn't dare let the kids go in it. The staff are very much on the ball,and were very helpful. All things considered, the price is a little high for the hotel room, as well. Hotel under construction, clean, 15€ breakfast fair to average. We look forward to welcoming you in the future. What an integrated architecture. Parking was 14Euro, but attached to the hotel, which made it very convenient and worth the price. My room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Not only was it found but then returned to my daughters friend immediately. I would like to thank Betty in the reception team for being so kind and booking all the transportation for us on Friday and Saturday night – it all worked perfectly thank you. Gorgeous new soaking tub. Proved to be cheaper as well. The room was spotless, quiet and quite spacious. NICE! The Champagne list is huge, the cocktails and entertaining bar staff provide entertainment. Offers very good value for money , compared to muffin and a coffee bfast at most places the bfast is quite good. By the time I arrived at the front desk I had a complete asthma and anxiety/ meltdown attack and could barely stand or breath. Modern and in good taste, which makes all of the amenities convenient for travelers. We didn't and are regretful---friends did and said it was perhaps the most comfortable they've been in any European accommodation. The entrance is spacious; I found the internal architecture a bit tricky, and got lost coming back from the pool, a map would help! Definitely a very good choice in Reims.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Would stay again.

We had breakfast at the hotel each day the staff were very friendly and professional We visited Reims cathedral where they had a laser show amazing Would definitely recommend this hotel close by to many shops bars and restaurants- the reception staff will advise you on this Stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe King with view over the courtyard. There were lots of good eating choices right outside the hotel. Our room faced the street but even with the window open there was very little traffic. overall room was nice but because of the location, i would return to stay. We were comfortable and loved the outside living room to relax at night and have a champagne recap.

Fine for a relaxing leisure stay but the low light level could have been a bit annoying if I were here on business and trying to work in the room. There is AC and a good reception of WiFi.

Rooms are subpar, smell bad, very small. Thank you to all the team for helping make my 50th birthday so memorable. Our property has its own garage. We really loved it! The staff friendly and helpful. We had a large and comfortable room, nothing to complain about there. Wi-Fi was OK but the signal strength seemed to vary at different times of the day from good to quite weak. Location could not have been better so close to a diverse of restaurants and for the Champagne Houses, the Mumm is well worth the 25 min walk We stayed here for one night at the beginning of our tour. Stayed here in June for 3 nights. However, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Room air conditioner was woefully inefficient. Staff very attentive. This hotel was booked as part of a biking package. A better location couldn't be found! It's just off the main, pedestrianized street where you'll find tons of restaurants, most with large outdoor seating areas. It probably has something to do with some people parking their car inconsiderately in the basement and the hotel wanting to shuffle cars around to maximise space - but I felt uncomfortable with the request and I refused.

I loved the toiletries which smelled lovely and the coffee machine made a very good coffee in the morning.

Hotel has nice small indoor swimming pool which was an excellent time out for our 8-year old daughter. It's easy to get around on foot from this hotel both to shop, see the sites and to eat and drink. Also for a longer stay one small cupboard in this room seems awkward. We spoke with others staying at the hotel who said they had the same problem. And there is underground parking! Parking underneath the hotel is secure.

You'll notice that in the croissants, but be sure to try the pain d'espice of Reims, a slice of the local spice bread much imitated but never as toothsome as the real thing. I would certainly use this hotel again. I will definitely be stopping here again next time in Reims. The hotel has underground car parking and is centrally located in Reims.
